This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. Peterson Websites is a one-person web design business run by Colt Peterson, based in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

What this website collects

The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter in the contact form:

• Your name and email address (required, so I can reply).
• Your business name, current website address, and what you are looking for (optional context).
• Your message.

The form does not ask for your phone number, mailing address, date of birth, or any other personal details. There are no accounts, logins, or profiles.

How your message is handled

When you submit the form, your details are sent to my email so I can respond. Email delivery is handled by Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the contents of the message only to deliver it to me.

I keep inquiry emails in my inbox so I can follow up with you. If you would like your message and email deleted after we finish talking, just ask.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party tracking script. Fonts are served from this website itself rather than a font network. Because nothing non-essential runs, there is no cookie consent banner.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information for every visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is handled underCloudflare's privacy policy.

What is never done

• Your information is never sold.
• You are never added to a marketing or newsletter list.
• Your information is not shared with anyone other than the services named above.

Your choices

You can contact me to ask what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; I will honor reasonable requests regardless.

Children

This website is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If the website starts collecting more information — for example, if analytics or a booking tool is added later — this policy will be updated first, and a cookie notice will be added if one is needed.
